Sometimes you get lucky!

Johan was exemplary from the first phone call through to closing. He clearly works hard in real estate, and was available & responsive throughout our several-month search for a house that met our specifications (much better than the expected 80%/20% target). He was patient with our questions and his explanations, without pressuring us at all. His attitude was at all time positive & energetic, even when sometimes ours weren't! He definitely seems to be guided by a strong sense of ethics & humanity, rather than being out to push people into poor fits in order to close-close-close. I would be glad to work with Johan again, and if I ever found myself in a foxhole, I'd want him at my back! ;-)

"Johan did an amazing job helping us sell our seasonal lake house. Johan developed and then followed through on a plan that combined videos, three-D walk through, photos, preinspection to lay to rest any worries people might have about buying an older home of this kind, and the list really goes on. He guided every step of the process, was available nonstop, and we genuinely enjoyed working with him. He spent all day there for three days running, showing the place while we were away on vacation, with more than 40 potential buyers. Johan communicates his enthusiasm in a way that really is contagious. Bottom line: we had fifteen offers and received 30% more than our asking price, and even with the broker fee, did far better than if we had sold directly to friends (which we considered doing)."

"Johan was amazing to work with. House shopping from a distance in this tough market could have been a challenge, but he made it easy. He tuned it to my needs and wants straight away and was candid with the pros and cons of each property. His recommendations on offer prices were balanced, and he was on top of everything, all the time. Communication was excellent, he worked quickly and he ultimately found me a home that checked all my boxes. He guided me through the closing process, helped with the small details during and even after closing given I was new to the city, and even came by, plunger in hand, to help me with a little plumbing snare after I moved in. The level of service and care were above and beyond what I expected, and he was a joy to work with. Highly recommend - a true gem!!"
